2. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for a Full Refund

  • Time Frame: You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at Contact Us. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund—including the original shipping cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For returns not related to damage or defects, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Shipping Recommendations: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Smart Parts is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

  • Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or size, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
